Chocolate Pudding Mix

2 ½ cups instant nonfat dry milk [280 g]
5 cups sugar [1 kg]
3 cups cornstarch [420 g]
1 tsp salt
2 ½ cups unsweetened cocoa[280 g]

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Funnel mix into quart jars (makes enough for 2 gifts) and decorated as desired.

Attach to Jar:Chocolate Pudding
2/3 cup Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cups milk 500 ml]
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter


Be sure to stir the mix well before measuring it out. Place mix in a medium saucepan. Add 2 cups milk, one tsp vanilla and one tbsp butter and cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking and stirring for one minute. Pour into individual serving dishes or one large serving dish. Cool and refrigerate.
