1/2 cup olive oil [100 g]
1/4 cup lemon juice [63 ml]
1/2 cup red wine [125 ml]
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion [80 g]
1/4 cup chopped parsley [7 g]

Mix all ingredients and marinate venison for 6 to 8 hours.  Grill
