¾ cup sugar [150 g]
½ cup packed brown sugar [110 g]
1 cup chocolate covered raisins
½ cup milk chocolate chips [84 g]
1-¾ cups flour [228 g]
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Layer in quart jar in this order: flour mixture, chocolate chips, sugar, brown sugar and raisins. Seal and decorate jar as desired.

Chocolate Covered Raisin Cookies
1 Jar Chocolate Covered Raisin Cookies Mix
½ cup softened butter [114 g]
1 egg, slightly beaten [55 g]
1 tsp vanilla
Empty cookie mix in large mixing bowl; stir to combine. Add butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until completely blended. Roll heaping tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 13 to 15 minutes until tops are very lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes 2-½ dozen.
