1 tablespoon Butter [14.2 g]
5 tablespoons Light Oil [63 g]
2 each Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Thyme
5 each Day old bread

Melt butter in skillet then add oil. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Cut 5 slices of day old bread and remove crusts. Cut into 1/2" cubes.
Fry slowly until lightly brown.
