Recipe Source: Marshes to Mansions
Ingredients:
⅓ cup Salt [96 g]
¼ cup Garlic Powder
¼ cup Black Pepper [28 g]
¼ cup White Pepper [28 g]
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Ground Thyme
1 tsp Oregano
⅓ cup Paprika [37 g]
2 tsp Plus 2 T. Onion Powder
2 tsp Plus 2 T. Dried Sweet Basil
⅓ tsp Dried Rosemary
¼ tsp Cumin
¼ tsp Fennel Seeds, ground with a mortar and pestle
Directions:
Process salt, garlic, powder, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, onion powder, basil, rosemary, cumin and fennel seeds in food processor to mix well. Store in jar with a tight fitting lid. Makes 2 1/2 cups
