Blackened Chicken Rub

Ingredients:
2 T. Paprika
1 T. Garlic Powder
1 T. Onion Powder
½ T. White Pepper
½ T. Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
½ T. Dried Oregano
½ T. Dried Thyme
¼ T. Cayenne Pepper
1½ lbs Chicken Breast, boneless [750 g]

Directions:
Combine spice rub ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Freezing Directions:
Place chicken breast in freezer bag.
Place the spice rub in rigid container or freezer bag. Seal, label and freeze.

Serving Directions:
Thaw chicken in refrigerator.
Sprinkle spice mixture on chicken pieces before barbecuing.
Store remaining spice mixture for another meal.
