Cookie Monster Mix

1 cup flour [130 g]
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar [200 g]
2 ½ cups blended oatmeal * [220 g]
12 oz chocolate chips [336 g]
1 cup brown sugar [189 g]
½ tsp salt
½ -8 oz Hershey Bar (grated) (that's 4 oz.) [112 g]
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup chopped nuts [210 g]

* Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender/food processor to a fine powder

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Layer in quart jar in this order: flour mixture, chocolate chips, oatmeal, brown sugar, sugar and chopped nuts. Seal jar and decorate as desired.

1 Jar Cookie Monster Mix
2 eggs
1 cup butter [227 g]
1 tsp vanilla

Cream eggs, butter and vanilla. Add jar mix and blend well. Roll dough into 1" balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F.
