Chocolate Wacky Cake Mix

3 cups sifted flour [390 g]
2 cups sugar [400 g]
6 tbsp Hershey's cocoa [42 g]
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Layer in quart jar in this order: flour mixture, cocoa, then sugar. Decorate as desired.


Attach to Jar: Chocolate Wacky Cake
1 Jar Chocolate Wacky Cake Mix
2 cups cold water [500 ml]
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
10 tbsp cooking oil [125 g]

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan with a fork.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
