1 cup [250 ml] lager beer
1 cup [250 ml] beef broth
1 teaspoon thyme leaves -- fresh
3 tomatoes -- peeled, seeded, and -- diced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 bay leaves -- crumbled
3/4 teaspoon black peppercorns -- freshly cracked
1/4 cup [7 g] parsley -- chopped fresh

Combine all of the ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
