1 cup [200 g] oil
3/4 cup [188 ml] wine vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/4 cup [63 ml] Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt [19 g]
1/4 cup [50 g] sugar
1 tablespoon black pepper [7 g]
Mix above ingredients together in a large container and marinade Shishkabob ingredients for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
Turn occasionally to insure that the liquid is distributed throughout. Use onions, fresh mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, beef cubes, etc.
*I serve this with consommé rice, a green salad and French bread.
