Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons safflower oil
1/4 cup [63 ml] dry white wine
1/2 a lemon -- juice of
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons shallot -- minced
2 teaspoons curry powder

Combine all the ingredients in a container. Swirl often when brushing over foods to prevent separation.

Use to marinate cubed tempeh for 1 hour.

Or brush over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes. (To grill potatoes, try parboiling them first).
