one lemon -- juice of
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar [13.6 g]
1/3 cup soy sauce [83 ml]
2 teaspoons peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup coconut milk [4 g]
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon nuoc nam

Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hours.

Put on skewers and grill over hot coals until browned. Goes well with hot mustard, peanut sauce or nuoc cham (that's cham--not nam).
