1/2 small Onion -- grated (1 tb)
1/2 cup Celery -- chopped fine [60 g]
2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 cup Mayonnaise [56 g]
Salt and Pepper
In a medium bowl, combine carrots, onion, celery and relish. In a small
bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to carrot mixture, mixing well.
Chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
