Onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, basil and salt season this fryer chicken that gets crisp from the coat of olive oil.

Ingredients:
1 Whole Fryer Chicken
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Lemon Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Rub olive oil all over chicken. Mix all dry ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over entire chicken. Bake breast side down, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 22 minutes per pound.
