Horseradish is just one of the dozens of add-ins that chef Smith mashes into one of his dad's preferred sides.
Ingredients
3/4 cup hot milk
1/4 cup butter
4 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
Preparation In large pot of boiling salted water, cover and cook potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender; drain and return to pot.
With potato masher, mash together hot milk, butter, horseradish, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
