Yields 4 servings
2 tbsp (28.4 g) butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
2/3 cup (52 g) sliced mushrooms
5 oz (140 g) Canadian Bleubry cheese, crumbled
1 large tomato, chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) drained capers
1/4 cup (50 ml) chopped fresh basil
2 cans (6.5 oz/182 mL each) tuna in water, drained
3 cups (672 g) macaroni

Instructions In large saucepan, sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and add Canadian Bleubry cheese and remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Mix well, cover and set aside.
Cook macaroni in saucepan of salted boiling, until al dente. Drain without rinsing. Stir cooked macaroni into cheese mixture in large saucepan. Mix well. Season with pepper to taste and serve immediately.
