Yields 4 servings
2 large foil sheets
4 salmon steaks
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Pinch of garlic powder
Pepper
4 tbsp (60 ml) soy sauce
2 tbsp (28.4 g) butter
Instructions Place foil sheets one on top of the other. If using salmon steaks, place two steaks, side by side, on foil sheets. Cover steaks with onion and lemon slices. Season with some garlic powder and pepper. Drizzle with half the soy sauce and cover with butter. Top with remaining two steaks and repeat garnishing steps. Seal foil.
Cook on barbecue grill over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from barbecue and serve with choice of pasta.
