2 pork tenderloins, sliced in 12 pieces
Fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp (28. g) butter
Dijon mustard
Few basil leaves
Salt
Pepper
12 prosciutto slices
1 1/3 cup (150 g) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
Instructions Preheat oven broiler.
Generously season both sides of each tenderloin slices with pepper and fresh rosemary. In saucepan, sauté pork slices in butter for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
Place tenderloin slices in baking pan. Brush with Dijon mustard. Place one prosciutto slice and few basil leaves on each tenderloin slice. Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with Canadian Mozzarella cheese and broil in oven for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is golden. Serve 3 slices per guest with baked potatoes and steamed broccoli
