3 peaches, peeled, pitted and cubed
2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
2 kiwis, peeled and cubed
1/2 lb (250 g) strawberries or raspberries
1/2 lb (250 g) blueberries
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup (50 g) brown sugar
3 tbsp (45 ml) orange liqueur
1/3 cup (23 g) grated coconut
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
2/3 cup (87 g) all-purpose flour
4 oz (112 g) butter, melted

Instructions Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
In large bowl, combine all five fruits with lemon juice, brown sugar and orange liqueur. Toss and let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
In other bowl, mix together coconut, sugar and flour. Mix well and gradually stir in melted butter with fork. Pour fruit mixture into pie plate. Cover evenly with flour and melted butter mixture. Top with grated coconut.
Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with some ice cream, or cream 35 %.
