Yields 1 pita
2/3 cup (75 g) diced Canadian Cheddar or
Colby cheese
2/3 cup (62 g) unpeeled apple, diced
1/4 cup (60 g) vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp (21 g) raisins
Ground cinnamon
1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
Leafy lettuce
Instructions Mix Canadian Cheddar or Canadian Colby cheese, apple, yogurt and raisins with cinnamon to taste. Line pita breadwith lettuce.
Fill each pocket with the cheese and apple mixture.
