½ c Salad oil [100 g]
¼ c Vinegar [63 ml]
½ t Dry mustard Add any one of the following for extra zip:
¼ c Crumbled blue cheese [67 g]
1 md Clove garlic, minced
¼ c Sweet pickle relish
In covered jar or shaker, combine ingredients; shake well before using (or mix in electric blender). Add any one of the 'variation' ingredients if desired to branch out into something new.
