3 cup cut-up chicken or turkey [672 g]
2 cans (10 ¾ oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup [600 ml]
1 pkg. (16 oz.) mixed vegetables [448 g]
1 tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp garlic
2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 ½ cup milk [375 ml]
1 tsp parsley flakes
Heat oven to 450°F. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 " baking dish. Stir Bisquick and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 30-32 min. or until crust is a light, golden, brown. Makes 8-10 servings.
