10 or more cracked black pepper
1 pt. white wine vinegar [500 ml]
1 lemon peel only
Steep peppercorns and lemon in vinegar for 3 days.
Strain into decorative bottles, adding a few fresh peppercorns and new lemon peels.
Attach to Jar: Lemon Pepper Vinegar
Store in a cool dry place.
