Makes enough for 1 pound of meat or fish


Ingredients 
1/4 cup bottled salsa
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons bottled oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar [12 g]
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Directions
1. In small bowl stir together salsa, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, and ground red pepper. Pour over meat or fish. Turn to coat meat or fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain meat or fish, reserving marinade. Grill. Brush meat or fish with reserved marinade halfway through grilling. Makes enough for 1 pound of meat or fish.
