Coca Cola Cake Mix

Recommended for people who love to drink coke (since they'll be sure to have a can of coke on hand for this recipe).

2 cups flour [260 g]
1 cup sugar [200 g]
3 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1-½ cups miniature marshmallows [63 g]

Combine flour and baking soda. Place cocoa in small plastic bag. In quart jar, create layers in this order: flour mixture, sugar and marshmallows. Place cocoa bag on top. Seal jar and decorated as desired.

1 Jar Coca Cola Cake Mix
2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine [227 g]
2 eggs
1 cup Coca Cola
½ cup buttermilk [125 g]
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter or margarine, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Heat butter, cocoa and Coca Cola to boiling point. Pour both mixtures over rest of ingredients and mix well. The batter will be thin; marshmallows will come to the top. Bake at 350°F in cake pan 2 inches x 12 inches x 14 inches for 30 to 35 minutes.
