Brown Sugar Squares Mix

2 cups brown sugar [400 g]
2 cups all purpose flour [260 g]
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Layer flour first and then brown sugar. Seal jar and decorate as desired.

1 Jar Brown Sugar Squares Mix
3 eggs [165 g]
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter [114 g]

Cream together eggs, and butter. Add jar mix. Blend until smooth. Add vanilla one tsp at a time, mixing well after each addition. Spread batter in 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350°F for 28-30 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 3-4 dozen.
