4 cups self rising flour [520 g]
2 tsp baking powder
10 tsp sugar

Sift together all ingredients and present in quart jar.

Attach to Jar:
Scones 2 cups basic scones mix
½ cup butter [114 g]
1 1/3 cup milk [333 ml]

Preheat oven to 425°F. Dust baking sheet with flour. Make well out of center of scones mix and fill with milk. Using knife, mix together dough until soft, but not sticky. Roll dough on floured surface ½" thick. Cut into squares or use cookie cutter and place on baking sheet. Dust top with flour before baking for 10 to 12 minutes (until brown). Cover with cloth while cooling. Serve with jam, whipped cream or butter.
