1 cup [200 g] olive oil
1/2 cup [125 ml] white wine -- or vermouth
garlic -- to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon parsley -- chopped or cilantro
2 chickens -- halved
Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
