4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons pepper sauce
1 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon Lawery season salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 cup [125 ml] soy sauce
1 tablespoon oregano
1/4 cup [54 g] brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika [14 g]
2 teaspoons celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
2 tablespoons light Mexican chile powder
1 teaspoon Japanese horseradish
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons ground mustard [11.6 g]
2 tablespoons molasses [42 g]
3 pickled jalapenos diced
Combine all ingredients and marinate chuck roast for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
