1/4 cup [63 ml] bourbon
1/4 cup [63 ml] soy sauce
1/4 cup [63 ml] Dijon mustard
1/4 cup [63 ml] brown sugar
1 small onion -- chopped fine
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate.
Use this marinade on all types of meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc.
