Herbal rub

Ingredients:
¼ cup Garlic Powder
¼ cup White Pepper
¼ cup Salt
1 Tbsp Paprika
¼ cup Dried Rosemary
¼ cup Fennel Seeds
¼ cup Anise Seeds

Directions:
Stir all together in a bowl or grind together in a spice grinder. Transfer to a screw on glass jar. Will keep in a cool, dark place and will keep for a long time, but flavors will decline over time.

Goes well on chicken, roasts, in meatloafs or on veggies for grilling.
