16 Medium Sea Scallops
12oz Maryland Blue Crab Meat
2½oz Vodka
1C Heavy Cream [200 g]
3oz Extra Virgin Oil [84 ml]
4oz Unsalted Butter [112g]
8oz Sliced Button Mushrooms [224 g]
8oz Fresh Baby Spinach [224 g]
6oz Julienne Roasted Red Bell Peppers
4oz Chopped Garlic [112 g]
9oz Diced Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese [252 g]
½ Cup Chicken Broth [125 ml]
8oz Marinated Tomato Sauce [224 ml]
6oz Grated Parmesan Cheese [168 g]
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add sea scallops and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and diced mushrooms – sauté until the shrimp are translucent. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper– cook for another minute. Add remaining ingredients except the pasta and cheese – bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese, let reduce by 1/3. Add Buffalo Mozzarella cheese and pasta.
Toss and Serve!
