Sweet and Sour dishes are popular at Chinese restaurants for a reason. The delicious combination of flavors is perfect with shrimp, chicken or beef. Serve this dish over your favorite rice.



Ingredients
 
 
1 pound small shrimp, peeled [500 g]
1/4 pound snow peas [125 g]
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup pineapple juice  [125 ml]
2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup chicken broth  [250 ml]



Instructions
 
 
In a pressure cooker, combine all ingredients. Close lid, bring to high pressure and lower heat. Cook 3 minutes.
Remove cooker from heat and release pressure.
If sauce needs to be thickened, place back on stove and turn heat on low and stir constantly for a few minutes. Serve hot over rice.
