This refreshing blend of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches and yogurt puts the "smooth" in smoothie. Add a dash of Splenda if it's too tart for your taste.
Yield: 1 serving
6 oz plain fat-free yogurt [168 ml]
1 medium peach, pitted and sliced, OR
1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed [84 g]
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh OR frozen and thawed [67 g]
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
(Note: For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.)
