Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Yield: 4 servings

1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin, chilled [420 ml]
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk, chilled [336 ml]
1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla flavored yogurt [224 ml]
1/4 cup granulated sugar [48 g]
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 pint whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks [224 g]

Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender; cover.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice of nutmeg.
