Recipe courtesy Bobby Flay

1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped watermelon [375 ml]
1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped honeydew melon [375 ml]
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt [245 g]
1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
