1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced and hulled
1 (20 oz) [560 ml] can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 medium banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup [250 ml] skim milk
1 (8 oz) [245 g] carton fat-free strawberry yogurt
1/4 cup [84 g] honey
1 teaspoon lime juice
In a food processor or blender, combine strawberries, pineapple chunks, bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, and lime juice.
Process until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
