Tahini Yogurt Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 center cut pork chops, bone in (6oz each) [672 g]
2 tbsp. tahini
1/4 cup Fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt [62 g]
1 tsp. sumac (use smoked paprika as a substitute)
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. honey

Instructions
1. In a large zip lock bag, mix together all ingredients except pork chops.

2. Place pork chops in bag and massage in the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.

3. Heat grill, grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

4. Cook chops on one side for 3 minutes, turn over and cook for another 3 minutes or until the internal temperature is 150º. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
