Smoked Salmon Sliders

 
 
 
 
1-2 tomatoes
Olive Oil (for drizzling)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Slice the bread, tomato, and mozzarella each into six slices about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

Slice the smoked salmon into one inch strips. (This is optional, but it makes it easier to eat and separate onto the sliders.)

Drizzle some olive oil on one side of each piece of bread then add salt and pepper to taste.

Layer the tomato, mozzarella, and smoked salmon on each piece of bread.
