This recipe makes 1 cup servings
Ingredients
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil [63 ml]
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Preparation In blender, combine red peppers, olive oil, vinegar, salt ; and cayenne pepper; process until smooth. Press through fine sieve.
