I know that you knew that a grilled cheese cookbook was coming! I actually wanted to write the grilled cheese cookbook first but I kept coming up with new ideas for grilled cheese and other projects took priority... well, you know how it is... With National Grilled Cheese Month here I now have the opportunity to pull out all of the grilled cheese sandwiches that I have been experimenting with over the last few months and share them with you on Closet Cooking and in Melty Grilled Cheese.
