Have you ever wanted to try making your own flavours of pop or soda? Armed with a fruity simple syrup and some club soda you can mix one up in no time! That was exactly my plan for the rhubarb syrupand I was pulling it out of the fridge again just as soon as it had fully chilled. I have to say, as I sit here enjoying a glass of cool and refreshing rhubarb soda, that the rhubarb flavour along the sweetness and tartness, makes an amazing soda and what a wonderful colour! Now I am thinking that a rhubarb mojito with the addition of lime and rum might be up next.
